Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. International customers will be charged in ZAR and converted by their payment provider.

Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Prints & Merchandise

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for non-defective items may be granted on a case-by-case basis, minus shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your download link within 10 minutes.

Prints & Merchandise

South Africa: 5-10 business days via courier. Shipping calculated at checkout.

International: 10-21 business days. Shipping calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Cancellation Policy

Digital Downloads: Cannot be cancelled once purchased, as delivery is instant.

Prints & Merchandise: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at hi@isaacanthony.co to request a cancellation.
